Donald Fleck is a senior mindfulness teacher with 17 years’ experience guiding individuals and 10 years mentoring psychotherapists. He is the author of Working the Present, endorsed by Zindel Segal, Ph.D, co-creator of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Join us every Friday at noon EST for a free 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation on Zoom. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to refresh your practice, these sessions offer a supportive space to cultivate awareness and build community.
