Learn, Refresh, and Build Community
Our 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation sessions are perfect for all experience levels, offering an opportunity to learn, refresh your practice, and build community. These sessions include time for sharing and are designed to help you deepen or revive your mindfulness practice, with no worries if you're just starting out.
We currently meet on Zoom, allowing you to participate from anywhere as long as you're awake at 12 noon EST.

Some of you will remember Michelle’s co-leading during the last few Days of Mindfulness. Michelle is a decade-long friend and an inspired teacher of the concepts that Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach have so masterfully brought into a modern context.
While Jack and Tara are psychologists and Buddhist scholars, Michelle and Donald are primarily interpreters of these concepts within a mindfulness (not Buddhist) framework.
Michelle and Donald will be taking turns facilitating each Friday.
