A Positive Individualized Approach

The mentoring we offer is a highly personalized program to help you build a mindfulness practice that supports you as you navigate the stresses of executive leadership.

Typically there is a Zoom or phone session with Donald Fleck each week, and several unscheduled, as-needed, check-ins. This is a personal on-call service.

We bring together mindfulness instruction and mentoring to help people work with their moods and emotions, enabling them to adopt a perspective that fosters thoughtful, intentional actions. By cultivating awareness, individuals can move beyond reactive behaviors and make choices that better serve their personal growth and well-being.

About Donald, Mentor

Founder Donald Fleck, MBA, LCSW, DCSW. Donald holds the credential of Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (DCSW). Donald teaches and writes on mindfulness. He offers mentoring to beginning and advanced mindfulness users, and offers retreats on mindfulness

Donald had been practicing mindfulness since his 20’s, when he worked in marketing and financial services. Faced with the pressures of Wall Street he started meditating at that time, with a daily practice of 20 minutes. The start was rocky, as he was walking a new path and had to teach himself. Over time he learned to use mindfulness meditation for calm strong presence, for present-moment clarity and for effective leadership. He became a mindful therapist and has been combining therapy and mindfulness for 15 years, and mentoring for 10.
