Expert Mindfulness Teachers in NYC
Who We Are
Mindfulness in NYC and online
Learn Mindfulness Now was founded by Donald Fleck, who spent over 20 years teaching mindfulness meditation and mentoring therapists in integrating mindfulness into their practice. Today the practice is led by Michelle Morrison, who worked alongside Donald for years co-leading the MBCT workshop, daylong retreats, and the Free Friday Mindfulness program — and continues that work with the same approach: helping people build a real, lasting mindfulness practice, whether one-on-one or in a group.
