Integrating Mindfulness
and Mind-Science

The Essence of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) seamlessly brings together the principles of mindfulness and the science of cognitive therapy. This powerful combination helps reduce emotional reactivity, allowing individuals to savor life more fully.

Learning mindfulness can change habits of mind that cause stress, as you will learn by practicing mindfulness daily as well as from class teaching and discussion.

Through a structured program that meets weekly for eight weeks, participants learn to cultivate mindfulness and apply cognitive strategies, promoting emotional well-being and enriching their daily experiences.
