Free Fridays - Mindfulness Tune-Up
Try our Friday Mindfulness tune-ups, at noon.
We’ll have a 15-20 minute meditation followed by sharing about mindfulness practice. 30 minutes in all. It’s free. It’s Fridays at noon. It’s on Zoom. No experience necessary but It’s also helpful for people who have learned mindfulness and want some more practice. Taught by Donald Fleck and Michelle Morrison.
