Generosity - Guided Meditation

In this meditation, we begin by reflecting on times when we've been generous and times when we've held back. What circumstances or feelings might have been at play? How did we feel as a result of giving or not giving? We'll also reflect on all that we've been given and what we might be able to share.
Around the 11-minute mark, we move into a formal meditation, repeating phrases meant to help us tap into our inner capacity for love, kindness, and generosity towards ourselves and others.
