My advice to a caregiver during Caregiver Awareness Month
So you’re a caregiver for someone who is disabled? Many caregivers suffer un-nessesarily. With Mindfulness we can learn a new way of relating to this work. We can even learn to thrive. Caregiving Awareness Month is a special time to tune in to reducing this stress.
