One Day Respite/Retreat
New York City - Nov. 9, 2024
Post-Election Respite/Retreat: A Time for Storms or Sunshine
Join us for a one-day retreat designed to quiet the noise and restore calm after the election. Together, we'll reconnect with the present, nurture peace, and leave with practices to move forward—no matter the outcome.
Moving Through the Storm
Finding Calm Amid Election Uncertainty
It’s not at all difficult to get swept up with the frenzy and the current state of the world, especially as we edge closer to the upcoming election. If you feel as though your mind has been taken hostage by all the what ifs of the future and the should haves of the past, consider finding a way to move through the storm and into the sunshine.
We worry about where our country is going. We may worry that, if the election doesn’t go the right way, things will be very bad.
I'm here to remind you that on November 6, the day after, the sun will rise, the grass will grow, the sun will set...perhaps even set beautifully.
A Post-Election Retreat
to Find Peace and Perspective
Along with my associate Michelle, I have planned a day of practice to nurture peace and life. And we hope to leave you with energy and practices to move forward in whatever form the Presidency and the country unfold.
How?
By gifting yourself this One-Day Post Election Respite/Retreat. We invite you to quieten the voices of despair and to return to the present and its many gifts. To welcome less stress and more ease, a return to perspective on things.
You may find yourself sleeping better after. You may feel a sense of hope grow, one connected to the value of the present instead of scary would-be scenarios.
Regardless of the outcome of the election, this Respite/Retreat will help us to remember that nature and the earth continue, unphased.
