8-Week Mindfulness Workshop


Monday Evenings: May 10, 2021 – June 28, 2021, 7p-9p (ET)
Cost: $750 *Financial assistance available to those in need*


Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an empirically based treatment that combines mindfulness and meditation with cognitive behavior therapy to help work with negative thought patterns and our bodies' automatic responses to them.


Those who are feeling consumed by negativity or anxious thoughts and are searching for more skills to find balance with these polarizing thoughts and emotions are welcome.

During the workshop participants will learn how to work more proactively with thoughts. We will discuss ways to find focus while keeping thoughts from dragging you into low or anxious mood states.

As we near the end of an especially challenging time; quarantine, social distancing, working from home, home based education, etc. many of us are struggling with finding a refuge. If you are seeking emotional health and wellness and would like more skills and direct practice to utilize on your own, outside the therapists’ office, you are encouraged to join!

Joining the Workshop
Signing up for a workshop like this can be a big leap. I’ll take questions via email or phone, and then schedule
an individual meeting so we can do our best to make sure this will be helpful for you. The next group begins
via zoom Tuesday, May 11, 2021, 7p – 9p (ET), with an orientation on May 4th.
